The Great Knit-In Finale

August 5, 2010

Well, our 4 weeks of knitting are done.

I’ve really enjoyed the groups. They were different every week, and that made for lot of fun and friendship.

I want to say a big thank you to Anna of KnitKnit for coming for all for weeks and helping with bobbles, and casting on, and many other knitting knot-ups.

The plan is to keep opening up the lounge room to crafty individuals (No, not the sort your mother warned you about but the wholesome creative types!), every month or so.

That makes the next gathering the  Monday 6th September, 2010. Then the first Monday of the month until the end of the year.

I will let you know as they come up, so stay tuned.

In the mean time, enjoy some of the things we knitted in the last few weeks.
